An MNC Bank in Hong Kong seeks a Test Lead to manage UAT for internal digital platform projects, including commercial lending and internet banking portals. You will define test strategies, write plans, and coordinate with business, IT, and vendors to ensure timely sign-offs.

Responsibilities include test case execution, issue resolution, weekend/off-hours production release support, and maintaining thorough UAT documentation. Strong English, Mandarin, and Cantonese communication is required.

Qualificações

• University degree in related fields.
• 3+ years in a UAT Tester/Test Lead role.
• Knowledge of digital platforms and lending products is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and fast evolving project cycles.
• Strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and execute UAT test cases for digital platforms across desktop, mobile, and WeChat.
• Define and support test strategy and test plans for digital releases.
• Participate in UAT reviews, log results, and coordinate issue resolution with IT and vendors.
• Coordinate with business owners, IT, and vendors to prioritize fixes and acceptance criteria.
• Execute UAT for lending products and internet banking changes.
• Support production release verification during off-hours as needed.
• Assist in testing production incidents in UAT and production.
• Provide daily/weekly project status updates and obtain UAT sign-off.
• Retain UAT records and sign-offs with screenshots.
