Aloha is seeking a Digital Account Executive in Hong Kong to support SEO, GEO and paid media campaigns. You will work with SparkFlow, our AI-native platform, and a suite of analytics tools to help brands get discovered online.

Qualificações

• Curiosity and a willingness to learn by doing in AI-driven campaigns.
• Hands-on attitude to tackle unfamiliar tasks and learn from feedback.
• Ownership mindset with attention to detail and proactive issue flagging.
• Clear written and spoken communication with teammates and clients.
• Good working knowledge of English and Chinese (Mandarin a plus).
• Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills, with drive to improve.

Responsabilidades

• Put AI to work using SparkFlow and AI tools for research, analysis and content recommendations.
• Help brands improve discoverability via on-page SEO, off-page and GEO tactics.
• Set up ads, upload assets, check targeting and budgets, monitor and optimize campaigns.
• Work across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Baidu, RedNote and Tencent per client needs.
• Use analytics and reporting tools to spot trends, explain results and suggest next steps.
• Research audiences and competitors to inform proposals and campaign plans.
• Coordinate with account, content and technical teams to ensure timely deliverables.

We are looking for a Digital Account Executive to support SEO, GEO and paid media campaigns, helping brands get discovered on Google, in AI answers and through digital ads.

At Aloha, you’ll work on real client campaigns using Aloha SparkFlow, our proprietary AI-native platform, alongside third-party AI tools, analytics software and advertising platforms.

No marketing degree or full toolkit required. Bring curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn by doing. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Key Responsibility

• Put AI to work: Use SparkFlow and other AI tools for research, analysis and content recommendations—with your judgement checking accuracy and quality.
• Help brands get discovered: Improve website content and support on-page and off-page SEO and GEO.
• Get campaigns live: Set up ads, upload assets, check targeting and budgets, and monitor and optimize performance.
• Explore different channels: Work across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Baidu, RedNote and Tencent, depending on client needs.
• Find the story in the data: Use analytics and reporting tools to spot trends, explain results and recommend next steps.
• Contribute ideas: Research audiences, competitors and search behaviour for client proposals, campaign plans and reviews.
• Keep things moving: Coordinate with account, content and technical teammates, check deliverables and meet deadlines.

Skill and Requirement

• Curiosity and an interest in AI: Ask questions, explore tools and think critically about their outputs.
• A hands-on attitude: Try unfamiliar tasks, experiment thoughtfully and learn from feedback.
• Ownership and attention to detail: Follow through, check your work and flag issues early.
• Clear communication: Organize information and share ideas with teammates and clients.
• English and Chinese: Good written and spoken skills; Mandarin is a plus.
• Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills: With a willingness to keep improving.

Bonus points, not entry requirements

• Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads or Google Analytics.
• Reporting or dashboard experience with Looker Studio or Supermetrics.
• Examples of using AI for research, analysis, content or everyday workflows.
