Job summary

Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Software System Engineer to support IT projects in a 24/7 environment. You will drive DevOps, containerization, CI/CD pipelines, and production support across React, Node.js, and Spring Boot stacks.

The role emphasizes hands‑on Kubernetes/P odman, Docker, scripting (Bash, Python, PowerShell), and proactive monitoring to ensure reliability and security of mission‑critical systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in DevOps, software/system engineering, and production support.
• Strong hands‑on experience with container technologies, CI/CD, and monitoring/observability.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for mission‑critical applications and platform services.
• Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting, RCA, and issue resolution.
• Support production deployments, rollbacks, and post‑deployment verification.
• Monitor system health, performance, logs, and alerts; coordinate with multiple teams.
• Maintain middleware configurations; manage DEV/SIT/UAT/Prod environments.
• Participate in standby and after‑hours support as needed.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, governance, and security policies.
