Job summary

Manpower Services (Hong Kong) Limited seeks a Senior System Engineer- DevOps to manage a RedHat OpenShift Kubernetes platform and drive CI/CD deployment strategies for financial applications. You will monitor logs, ensure security, and coordinate with development teams to maintain system reliability.

You will design pipelines, implement GitOps workflows, and perform RCA on incidents, working in a fast-paced finance environment with on-call responsibilities and night shifts as required.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive support and management for our Kubernetes container platform.
Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines with canary, blue-green, and rolling deployments, including emergency rollbacks.
Manage continuous delivery and GitOps workflows for automated deployments across Kubernetes clusters.
Monitor and optimize log collection and alerting with Prometheus and ELK Stack for proactive issue visibility.
Maintain security: patching, vulnerability management, and credential controls.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth integrations and deployment processes.
Handle production incidents, perform RCA, and prepare incident reports.
