Job summary

Logistics and Supply Chain MultiTech R&D Centre Limited is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to lead the design, deployment and ongoing management of our hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments. You will drive automation, CI/CD, and cloud platforms to support product development and business objectives.

The role requires 3+ years in systems/DevOps, strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and virtualization, plus scripting in Bash or Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of Systems Engineer/DevOps experience with infrastructure focus.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS/Azure/Huawei).
• Proven ability to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Strong skills in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Scripting proficiency (Bash or Python).
• Experience with virtualization (VMware vSphere, Hyper-V).
• Knowledge of networking, security best practices, and databases.
• Fluent Cantonese, Mandarin and English preferred; immediate availability advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage hybrid infrastructure (on-premises and cloud).
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Manage and scale containerized apps using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Administer virtualization environments with VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
• Develop scripts to automate provisioning and configurations (Bash/Python).
• Harden systems, apply security patches, and manage access controls.
• Design, test, and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Utilize GitHub and SVN for infrastructure-as-code and config management.
