Job summary

Eclipse Trading is seeking an experienced Team Lead to steer the DevOps function for its global trading platform. The role focuses on producing reliable production environments, leading CI/CD implementations, and guiding automation across engineering, trading, and infrastructure teams.

The successful candidate will mentor engineers, drive strategic roadmaps, and ensure production readiness for new exchanges and strategies. Onsite in Hong Kong or Sydney with a dynamic, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in DevOps, Systems Engineering or similar role with leadership experience.
• University degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Experience leading operations in real-time or low-latency environments.
• Proficiency with Python, Golang and shell scripting; strong CI/CD background.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and train DevOps engineers to high performance.
• Drive DevOps strategy, roadmap, and execution for global trading production environment.
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for fast, secure software delivery.
• Lead automation, deployment workflows, and monitoring improvements.
• Ensure production readiness for new exchanges, strategies, and infra changes.
