Job summary

Craft Facade Tech (Hong Kong) Company Limited is seeking an experienced design draftsman to develop and detail curtain wall and cladding drawings, coordinating with vendors and project teams.

You will prepare tender drawings, support method statements, and ensure accuracy using CAD; 3D software experience is a plus; English and Chinese communication is required. Proactive and responsible candidates are invited to apply.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience detailing construction drawings for curtain wall, steel, or cladding.
• Proficient in CAD drafting; 3D software experience is a plus.
• Good command of English and Chinese; strong communication.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to work proactively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and detail BD/shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and takeoff sheets.
• Prepare drawings for tender presentations and method statements.
• Coordinate fabrication drawings with vendors.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, clients and project teams.
• Use company procedures in plan preparation and documentation.
• Handle project-related tasks assigned by line manager.
• Liaise with procurement and project management teams.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job description

Development and detailing of BD/shop drawings, fabrication drawings and takeoff sheets for curtain wall, structural steel and metal cladding systems.

Prepare drawings for tender presentation and method statements.

Check and coordinate vendors fabrication drawings.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, clients and project teams.

Use of company procedures in plan preparation and documentation.

Complete any project related tasks assigned or guided by the line manager.

Liaise and work with procurement and project management team.

Handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirement:

4+ years relevant experience in detailing construction drawings of either curtain wall structural steel or cladding.

Highly proficient in CAD drafting skill.

Experience in 3-D software is an advantage.

Good command of English and Chinese.

Proficient in MS Office.

Good communication skill, self motivated and proactive with strong sense of responsibility.
