Job summary

MLA Architects (H.K.) Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced building technology professional to handle General Building Plans and prepare detailed drawings for tender and construction. You will manage electronic submissions to the Buildings Department and contribute to project documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or higher in Building Technology and Computer Drafting, is proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM modelling, and has up-to-date knowledge of HK Building

Qualifications

• Experience with General Building Plans and electronic submission to the Buildings Department in Hong Kong.
• Diploma or higher in Building Technology and Computer Drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (latest version), Revit and BIM modelling.
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Building Regulations, PNAP, APSEC and Housing Authority.
• Willing to work under pressure with overtime to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce detail working drawings for tender and construction.
• Ensure compliance with Buildings Department requirements for electronic submissions.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver accurate BIM models.

Job description

Experience and full understanding of the General Building Plans (Electronic submission) to the Buildings Department in Hong Kong and production of detail working drawings for tender and construction

Diploma / Certificate or Higher in related Building Studies in Building Technology and Computer drafting

Sufficient knowledge and actual practice in using computer software such as Autocad (latest version), Revit and BIM modelling etc.

Good updated knowledge of Hong Kong Building Regulations, PNAP and APSEC and HK Housing Authority etc.

Responsible working attitude and self-motivated

Willing to work under pressure and overtime to meet tight deadlines
