Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in client service and relationship management in financial services.
• Understanding of derivatives markets and client workflows.
• Familiarity with risk controls, settlement and post-trade processes.
• Knowledge of HKEX rules and market practices is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client queries and resolutions.
• Manage operational risk related to margins, expiries, and client activity.
• Monitor client clearing activity to ensure accurate settlements and margins.
• Investigate trade breaks and operational discrepancies across listed derivatives.
• Conduct client service reviews and deliver metrics and trend analysis.
• Support client training and live demonstrations of client-facing tools.
