Job summary

HORA Hospitality Group is opening a new restaurant in Central Hong Kong and seeks a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will oversee a kitchen section, prepare, cook and plate dishes to our high standards, and support senior chefs in daily operations.

We offer a competitive salary of HKD 21,000–23,000 per month, 2 days off weekly, 15 statutory holidays plus 12 annual leave days, meal provided and employee discount. In-person work at our Central kitchen for a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Energetic, with a can-do attitude and a collaborative spirit.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reputable kitchens; experience in French cuisine is a plus.
• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.
• Committed to excellence and being a team player.

Responsibilities

• Oversee your assigned kitchen section to ensure consistent quality in every dish.
• Prepare, cook, and present menu items according to our high standards.
• Assist the Chef de Partie, Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily operations, including mise en place, stock control, and ordering.
• Maintain food safety and kitchen hygiene at all times.
• Collaborate with the team on new menu ideas and seasonal specials.
• Promote teamwork, positive communication, and a culture of mutual support.
