The role requires following the restaurant's standards and recipes to maintain consistency, supporting senior chefs, handling prep work and ingredient inventory, and upholding health and safety regulations in a hygienic kitchen.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a professional kitchen, fine dining or high-end restaurant preferred.
• Assist senior chefs and work within a team.
• Basic culinary skills and cooking techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen under supervision.
• Attention to detail in food presentation and hygiene.
• Good organizational skills and clean workstation maintenance.
• Effective communication with kitchen team.
• Fluency in spoken/written English is advantageous.
