Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards; set up and break down workstation.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor food quality and temperatures.
• Follow safety policies, report maintenance needs, and maintain professional appearance.
• Stand, walk, and lift objects up to 25 pounds; perform other duties as assigned.
