DFI Retail Group is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning professional in Hong Kong with a strong background in forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimization. The role involves working with senior management to align on forecasts, promotions, and seasonal ranges, while ensuring data integrity through ERP transformation.

You will analyze demand drivers, refine forecasts, and adjust plans across normal, festive, and seasonal ranges.

Qualifications

• Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain management or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Planning / Inventory Planning, preferably in Retail or FMCG.
• Experience in ERP transformation is a definite advantage.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Support senior manager to manage inventory planning and daily replenishment based on forecast, promotion schedule and display requirement.
• Analyze actual product demand, research demand drivers, seasonal demand, market situation, refine the forecast and adjust inventory plans for different ranges.
• Coordinate with Commercial team to ensure sales forecast accuracy and align on new range, seasonal and promotion forecast.
• Assist in ERP transformation and data validation to ensure data integrity in the new system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate ERP implementation and execution.

The challenge is to:

Support senior manager to manage inventory planning and daily replenishment based on forecast, promotion schedule and display requirement

Analyze actual product demand, research demand drivers, seasonal demand, market situation, refine the forecast to reflect updated sales momentum, and adjust inventory plans for normal, festive, seasonal ranges accordingly

Coordinate with Commercial team to ensure sales forecast accuracy and align on new range, seasonal and promotion forecast

Support senior manager in enhancing cross-banner understanding in ERP transformation process and ensuring a seamless transition to the new ERP system

Participate in system testing and data validation to identify potential issues in data migration to ensure data integrity in the new ERP system

Support pre- and post-implementation activities to facilitate system knowledge transfer to the existing team and new users

Work closely with different internal departments, such as commercial, warehouse, IT & project teams to facilitate seamless implementation and execution of ERP transformation projects according to plan

Carry out other duties as required by the business

Do you have experience in Demand & Supply Planning?

Degree holder, preferably in Supply Chain management or relevant discipline

Minimum 5 years of experience in Demand Planning / Supply Planning / Inventory Planning, preferably in Retail or FMCG

Experience in ERP transformation is a definite advantage

Detailed oriented and sensitive to figures, well organized and able to work independently

Strong leadership, analytical, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with positive attitude and mindset and willing to take challenging

Competent to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment which require multi-tasking skills, flexibility and adaptability

Strong Communication skill, fluent in Cantonese and English

Familiar with MS Excel and experience in Demand / Supply planning system is an advantage
