Mastercard in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan seeks a Manager, Deal Management (Strategic Finance Partner) to structure and evaluate complex deals. You will partner with business teams across HK, Macau and Taiwan to ensure profitability, compliance, and strategic alignment in a dynamic payments landscape.

You will analyze ROI/NPV, influence negotiations, and collaborate with Legal and Compliance for risk mitigation while driving growth and governance across regional stakeholders.

Competenze

• 6+ years of experience in business finance, deal management, FP&A, or commercial finance.

Mansioni

• Structure and evaluate complex deals from origination to closure, ensuring profitability and compliance with policies.
• Partner with account managers to shape deal constructs across issuers, acquirers, digital wallets, and merchants.
• Perform ROI, NPV modeling and scenario planning to assess risk-return trade-offs.
• Engage in negotiations to influence deal economics and drive disciplined financial decisions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Franchise, and Compliance teams for contractual clarity and risk mitigation.
• Provide insights on portfolio performance, deal economics, and growth initiatives.
• Build financial governance across business teams and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
