Job summary

CLSA in Hong Kong is seeking a seasoned investment banking professional to prepare a wide range of internal and external documents and provide strategic advice on corporate finance transactions, including IPOs and M&A. You will conduct due diligence, coordinate with professional parties, and support research, modeling, and pitch development.

The role requires strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua).

Qualifications

• Degree holder or above in Finance or related discipline.
• 1 to 6 years’ experience in investment banking and financial industry.
• Attained all necessary regulatory criteria for carrying out investment activities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all internal and external documents e.g. sales memos, agreements, syndicate briefing docs, roadshow materials, power point presentations, internal proposals etc.
• Provide advice on corporate finance transactions, including origination, IPO, M&A, issuing and underwriting equity securities and other varied types of transactions.
• Conduct due diligence on listing applicants.
• Coordinate with professional parties in relation to the flotation process.
• Provide support on research, financial analyses, modeling and evaluation activities relating to completion and execution of corporate finance transactions.
• Prepare pitch books and business proposals.
• Keep track of market activities and relevant news.
