Job summary

CL Technical Services Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to oversee GCIS IT infrastructure. You will manage databases, servers, storage, backups, and PaaS components in a virtualized environment, ensuring high availability and capacity planning.

The role requires strong MySQL expertise, VMware proficiency, and a readiness to work outside regular hours. You will support data centre relocations and QA of outsourced deliverables.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in IT.
• At least 6 years experience in IT infrastructure.
• Solid experience in supporting large-scale IT infrastructure (over 500 virtual servers).
• Strong technical expertise in supporting MySQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization software, particularly VMware 7 or above.
• Proven experience in conducting quality assurance on project deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work outside normal office hours for ad-hoc troubleshooting.
