Job summary

Coins.ph in the Philippines is seeking a senior data leader to drive data-driven strategy, oversee the data warehouse, data middle platform and BI visualization platforms, and manage the BI and data engineering teams to deliver high-value insights.

You will collaborate with business, risk control, operations, finance and product teams, establish governance, standardize data caliber and KPI frameworks, and help scale as the organization grows beyond APAC.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in data analysis and data management within cross-border payment or fintech industries.
• Strong commercial data thinking and business acumen with ability to build data analysis frameworks.
• Experience leading data platform projects and coordinating technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead business data-driven strategy and KPI development for cross-border payments.
