Job summary

Coins.ph is seeking a senior data leader to drive business data strategy across cross-border payments. You will oversee data governance, BI platform planning, and team leadership to deliver high-value data insights.

The role focuses on building standardized data systems, cross-functional collaboration, and scalable data solutions to empower decision-making, risk management, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data analysis and data management within fintech or cross-border payments.
• Strong commercial data thinking and business acumen for building analysis frameworks.
• Proficient in data platform architecture with end-to-end governance knowledge.
• Experience leading BI and Data Engineering teams (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of cross-border payment data lifecycle and KPI frameworks.
• Lead planning and implementation of data warehouse, data middle platform and BI visualization platforms.
• Manage BI and Data Engineering teams, define workflows and coordinate cross-team delivery.
• Collaborate with business, risk control, operations, finance and product to monitor data and drive growth.
