Job summary

Finloop Finance Technology Services Limited in Hong Kong seeks a senior big data professional to integrate data across business systems, provide data services, and drive the data product strategy. You will lead data mining, KPI systems, and visualization for the business, while architecting a scalable data platform and ensuring data governance.

Proficiency in Python/SQL, data warehousing, and modern data tools is essential; experience with finance domain data is preferred.

Qualifications

Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
5+ years of big data development experience.
Solid BI and operational analysis capability to mine insights from massive data.

Responsibilities

Integrate data across the company's business systems to provide data support, analytical services, and tools for business functions, operational analytics, and performance assessment.
Define the overall data product-line strategy, framework, and requirements; drive product delivery and provide data services to all internal data consumers.
Lead data mining, data collection, customer tag system development, metrics/KPI system development, and data visualization for the relevant business.
Architect the big data platform, build out its systems, and optimize workflows to ensure platform stability and reliability.
Troubleshoot and locate data quality issues; respond promptly to maintenance requests for owned systems, provide development support, and ensure system stability, data accuracy, and the implementation of data governance
