Job summary

Clarrow Hong Kong Limited invites an experienced Data Delivery Manager to lead the Data & Reporting workstream for a major POS rollout in Hong Kong. You will interface with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to translate needs into data deliverables.

You will own the delivery plan, manage risks, and ensure governance, quality, and timely reports. The role requires 6+ years in data delivery with strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program, project, or data delivery management.
• Solid understanding of modern data architectures, data modelling concepts, semantic layers, BI dashboards, and self-service analytics.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments, facilitate workshops, and influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the data & analytics delivery plan for the POS program, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions to translate business needs into actionable data deliverables (models, semantic layers, dashboards).
• Manage stakeholder communications and escalation paths, translating complex data concepts for senior leadership.
• Monitor data quality, data lineage, and integration risks; implement governance controls and issue resolution processes.
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and product teams to ensure timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
• Maintain program-wide documentation, KPI definitions, and change control records; drive standardisation across data initiatives.
• Proactively identify dependencies and synergies across data initiatives during platform migrations.
• Utilise tools for project planning and collaboration (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet) and maintain auditable trail of decisions.

Overview

Lead the Data & Reporting workstream for a key POS rollout in Hong Kong, interfacing with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners. Drive cross-program alignment, risk management, and milestones as our client migrate from legacy tools to a modern data platform.

Key Responsibilities

Own the data & analytics delivery plan for the POS program, including scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation.

Facilitate cross-functional sessions to translate business needs into actionable data deliverables (models, semantic layers, dashboards) and ensure alignment with enterprise data standards.

Manage stakeholder communications and escalation paths, translating complex data concepts for senior leadership.

Monitor data quality, data lineage, and integration risks; implement governance controls and issue resolution processes.

Collaborate with data engineering, analytics, and product teams to ensure timely delivery of reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics.

Maintain program-wide documentation, KPI definitions, and change control records; drive standardisation across data initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of experience in program, project, or data delivery management, preferably in data/analytics within consumer tech or retail.

Solid understanding of modern data architectures, data modelling concepts, semantic layers, BI dashboards, and self-service analytics.

Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder environments, facilitate workshops, and influence at senior levels.

Strong initiative, resilience, and bias for action; comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving progress.

Experience with project management tools and collaboration platforms; familiarity with POS domain is a plus.

Fluency in English. With Cantonese/Mandarin a plus for local stakeholder engagement.
