Job summary

Binance is seeking a Data Product Manager to own data-driven product initiatives across our derivatives business. This is a 12-month fixed-term remote contract designed to improve trader engagement, conversion, and product experience from insight to shipped feature.

Responsibilities include analyzing trading data to surface trends, defining a data-informed product roadmap, and partnering with Engineering, UX, Marketing and Compliance to ship meaningful changes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in product management or data roles.
• Solid understanding of derivatives trading mechanics, crypto derivatives experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills across data analysis, user insights, and BI.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end lifecycle of data-driven product initiatives for Derivatives.
• Analyze trading and user behavior data to surface trends and prioritize features.
• Design data-informed trading experiences to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Partner with Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, Compliance and other teams to ship.
• Define success metrics and drive continuous optimization based on data and feedback.
