Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3+ years of internet data analysis experience, preferably in sports/entertainment domains.
• Fluent in SQL; proficient in Python or R; experience with ML algorithms and statistical models.

Responsibilities

• Indicator System Development: Build monitoring and indicator systems and analyze data fluctuations to inform decisions.
• Business Diagnosis & Empowerment: Identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities; provide data support for decisions and growth.
• Traffic Distribution & Experiment Optimization: Master data platform traffic distribution and use A/B testing to optimize distribution and value.
• Membership & Pricing Strategy Analysis: Analyze membership logic and pricing to boost retention and revenue growth.
• Data Pipeline & Event Tracking Management: Map data pipelines and design event tracking to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
