Job summary

HKT, part of the PCCW Group in Hong Kong, seeks a Sales/Data Analyst to extract insights from data and support revenue growth. You will mine, clean, and explore data, perform ETL, and map data across local and cloud platforms.

You will analyze sales performance, design dashboards, build data models, and help evaluate AI performance. The role requires proactivity, teamwork, and bilingual English/Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field.
• Experience in SQL is a must; also required are Python, GCP BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Microsoft SQL Server and Excel.
• Practical experience with Tableau is an advantage.
• Proactive and passionate about data.
• Great team player and willing to learn.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data mining, cleaning, and exploration of structured and unstructured data.
• Perform ETL processes and data mapping activities.
• Develop and maintain local and cloud databases to ensure data integrity.
• Analyze sales performance across lines of business to maximize revenue and enable cross-selling.
• Design and enhance reports and dashboards for stakeholders using visualization tools.
• Create data models, glossary, and evaluate AI performance.
