EZSVS (Hongkong) Co., Limited is seeking a Data Centre Operator to support on-site operations, coordinate resources, and ensure rapid service recovery. The role requires a background in ICT with a focus on data center practices and network fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
• Fresh graduate welcome; minimum 1 year IDC operations experience in a large-scale data center or internet company.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, and routing/switching fundamentals; able to perform cabling, testing, and basic switch port configuration.
• Familiar with data center cabling standards (TIA-942, GB-50311); capable of structured patching, cable management and labeling.
• Safety-conscious with strict adherence to safety protocols; strong fault diagnosis and quick resolution skills.
• Effective communication with internal teams, clients and vendors; service-oriented mindset.
• Detail-oriented; follow SOPs to prevent misoperations.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate resources to resolve complex issues and support on-site operations.
• Maintain servers: diagnose faults, replace parts, and perform firmware updates.
• Configure network equipment and perform basic switch configurations.
• Collect, consolidate, analyze, and report data using MS Office tools.
• Manage asset lifecycle across data center: inventory, procurement, warehousing, distribution and disposal.

Proficient in standardized operations, able to coordinate resources to resolve complex issues.

Skilled in server maintenance: independently analyze and locate faulty components, replace common server parts, and perform firmware refresh or upgrades.

Familiar with Linux systems, common commands, and server BIOS/BMC configuration.

Knowledgeable in network equipment, configurations, and operations; capable of troubleshooting and restoring common network issues.

Able to independently complete relatively complex assigned tasks.

Strong communication, coordination, and management skills, with practical problem-solving ability.

Adheres to a “customer first” service philosophy, with strong risk identification and judgment for stable on-site management and execution.

Detail-oriented, upholding high standards, strictly following processes, and meeting on-site work requirements and regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of data collection, consolidation, analysis, and reporting.

Experienced in full-cycle asset management: identification, inventory risk assessment, demand forecasting, procurement, warehousing, allocation, and disposal across data center assets.

Knowledgeable in warehouse management standards, ensuring compliance with 5S principles, logical/physical consistency, and efficient access.

Capable of handling emergencies during operations, prioritizing rapid service recovery and minimizing company losses.

Holds relevant educational background or professional certifications.

Job Requirements
