Job summary

EZSVS (Hongkong) Co., Limited is seeking a Facilities Engineer to assist in managing on-site data center operations and infrastructure. You will work directly with on-site execution teams to ensure system stability and transparent operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least 5 years of data center O&M experience, a relevant higher diploma, and bilingual communication skills across Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in data center infrastructure operations and maintenance (O&M).
• Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Automation, or related fields preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, English.
• Familiar with the full lifecycle management model of data centers, from construction to operations.
• Strong risk identification skills with ability to identify on-site issues and drive optimization.
• High resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist client infrastructure personnel in managing on-site data center operations with a focus on stability.
• Conduct routine inspections of critical data center equipment and report risks.
• Follow up on on-site data center failures and drive troubleshooting to resolution.
• Oversee on-site data center cutover operations and ensure alignment with the plan.
• Support on-site physical security, monitor asset movement, and emergency responses.
• Input and process platform work orders to digitize and track tasks.
• Assist in data center infrastructure audits and coordinate relevant workflows.
• Coordinate with local telecom operators to provide high-quality support.
