Job summary

Leadingnation is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on-site construction execution for a high-profile Data Center in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong. The role is fully on-site, overseeing daily activities, contractor coordination, quality control, and EHS compliance to strict data center standards.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Building Services/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management, with 5+ years on-site management and 3+ years in data-center projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of on-site construction management experience.
• At least 3 years in Data Center construction or mission-critical facilities.
• HK Safety Credentials preferred (e.g., TCP1, Green Card).
• Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication.

Responsibilities

• Station daily at the project site to manage construction activities and verify workmanship.
• Supervise main contractors, MEP subcontractors, and vendors; lead coordination meetings.
• Enforce quality control on materials, inspections, FAT/SAT, and commissioning support.
• Ensure strict EHS compliance with local regulations and zero-incident culture.
• Track critical paths and manage change requests impacting budget or schedule.
• Serve as on-site liaison between Project Managers, engineers, client reps, and authorities.
