Responsibilities

Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, process maps, and functional specifications.
Analyze operational processes to identify improvement opportunities, risks, and control gaps.
Perform data analysis and prepare management reports to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology teams.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
Maintain project documentation, action logs, meeting minutes, and governance records.
Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides.
Support change initiatives and contribute to training and communication activities.
