Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Singapore is seeking a Customer Solutions Specialist II to serve as the primary commercial and operational contact for assigned customers, managing the full order fulfilment cycle from quotation through delivery.

The role collaborates with Sales, Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, and Finance to ensure accurate orders and timely delivery, while resolving issues and supporting business objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations & Logistics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or supply chain operations.
• Entry-level candidates with strong potential may be considered for a Junior Customer Service Specialist role.
• Acknowledge of full-cycle order fulfilment and order management.
• Experience in SAP will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a contact point for customer issues, service requests, and escalations.
• Support Account Managers in assigned key customer’s job activity and administrative duties.
• Manage customer enquiries related to product availability, pricing and delivery timelines.
• Perform order follow-ups to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure delivery on time.
• Oversee the full order-to-delivery process, ensuring seamless coordination with customers, internal teams, planning and logistics partners.
• Support to assist quality-related customer requests and coordinate corrective action activities when required.
• Generate and maintain operational reports and customer-related dashboards.
• Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within customer service and operational processes.
