Job summary

uSMART Securities Limited is recruiting for a full-time role in Hong Kong to manage account opening processes, follow up on missing documents, and resolve client inquiries with professionalism. The position requires strong communication in English and Chinese, and a focus on customer service and relationship building.

The role includes occasional shift work on weekends or public holidays with shift allowance and long-term employment terms.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above, preferable in business or related disciplines.
• Passed HKSI LE paper 1, 7, 8 or Licensed with SFC type 1 regulated activities preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
• Good Interpersonal and customer services skill.

Responsibilities

• Handle account opening and ensure the documents follow internal policies and procedures.
• Follow up with clients on outstanding account opening documentations.
• Resolve client enquiries over the telephone, email, or face-to-face with professional manner. To handle clients’ complaints, coordinate and resolve issues promptly.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with customers.
• Perform ad hoc projects as required.
