Job summary

UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited 位於灣仔，現招聘具經驗的個人開戶流程專員，負責遵守KYC/AML及確保系統資料準確。您將與銷售及後勤團隊協作，按時完成開戶後審核與文件跟進，並支援主管交辦的臨時任務與專案。

理想者需具高中以上學歷，1–3年相關經驗、細心、具良好溝通能力及中英文流利，熟練使用 MS Word/Excel，並具備使用AI的偏好。工作地點在灣仔，提供全職崗位。

Qualifications

• 具備文憑或以上學歷。
• 具1–3年證券或銀行個人開戶流程經驗者優先。
• 細心且具備高度專注於文件審核與資料輸入。
• 具良好團隊協作及人際溝通能力。
• 熟練使用 MS Word、Excel，能熟練中英文寫作。
• 懂英語與廣東話/普通話。

Responsibilities

• 按照檢查清單進行開戶後審核，確保KYC與AML合規及系統資料準確。
• 按時清理分派案例，嚴格達成既定目標。
• 與銷售及後勤團隊緊密合作，跟進未完成的文件。
• 協助主管分派的臨時任務與專案。

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Follow checklist to conduct account post opening review, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML requirements and data accuracy in systems
• Clear up assigned cases on time and meet agreed target strictly
• Work closely with the Sales and Back Office teams to follow up outstanding documents
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 1 to 3 years of experience in individual account opening process within the brokerage or banking industry is preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy in document review and data entry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Effectively using AI is preferred
