Job summary

Dah Sing Financial Group seeks a sales-focused professional to support investment transactions by phone and collaborate with channel sales staff to achieve targets. You will handle a range of products and ensure compliance with procedures.

The role requires a university degree, relevant sales/service experience, HKSI licensing, and fluency in English and Chinese, with Putonghua as a plus. This is a full-time, on-site position in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• University degree with 2+ years of experience in sales or service delivery of retail investment products.
• HKSI licensing with Papers 1, 7 and 8.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve KPI & support WS Team to meet sales target.
• Complete investment transactions by phone for all investment products, including Equity Linked Investments (ELI), Investment Funds (UT), Secondary Market Bonds, CLPGD, Currency Switching (CS), CLPD etc.
• Process transactions by adhering to the Bank's operational procedures.
• Conduct other cross sales activities and service back up such as supporting other hotlines.
• Conduct outbound call on various marketing, sales & service program.

Job Purpose:

Main Responsibilities:

• Complete investment transactions by phone for all investment products, including Equity Link Investments (ELI), Investment Funds (UT), Secondary Market Bonds, CLPGD, Currency Switching (CS), CLPD etc.
• Process transactions by adhering to the Bank's operational procedures.
• Conduct other cross sales activities and service back up such as supporting other hotlines.
• Conduct outbound call on various marketing, sales & service program.

Incumbent Requirements:

• University degree with minimum 2-year experience in sales or service delivery of retail investment products or lower academic qualifications with substantial years of relevant experience.
• Professional licensing qualifications on HKSI Papers 1, 7 & 8.
• Good command of spoken & written in English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferable.
