Job summary

Energy Trading Company Ltd. in Hong Kong is seeking a customer-service oriented professional to handle inquiries via phone, e-mail, WhatsApp or SMS about home-related products from renowned brands.

You will promote products, assist the sales team with arranging site visits and installations for agents, and provide administrative support. Fluency in English and Chinese with accurate, fast typing is essential.

Qualifications

• HKDSE or above is required.
• 1 year or more experience in customer services / sales administration.
• Proficient in computer software including Chinese word processing.
• Accurate and fast typing.
• Self-initiative with good communication and strong sense of responsibility.
• Customer oriented with good spoken English & Chinese.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00 - 17:30 & Alternate Sat 09:00 - 12:30
