Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Hong Kong to manage customer orders and repair requests, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. You will coordinate with production, sales, shipping, and warehouse teams while providing excellent customer support.

The role requires SAP experience, strong communication, and attention to detail. Working hours are 8:30-17:30, Monday to Friday, in a on-site office in Tseung Kwan O.

Qualifications

• HKDSE or above, university degree or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of foreign trade & logistics is an advantage (optional).

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders, purchase orders, quotations and invoices are generated and recorded in SAP.
• Manage repair orders in SAP and handle financial processing per terms.
• Follow up on customer requests promptly per service standards.
• Act as key contact for customers, providing updates on status and deliveries.
• Coordinate with production, sales, shipping, warehouse and other teams.
• Document customer interactions for quality and reporting.
• Provide admin support to Customer Service Supervisor.
