Job summary

Creature Comforts Veterinary Group in Hong Kong is seeking a Customer Services Representative with at least 2 years of experience to manage daily hospital reception tasks and deliver exceptional service to pet owners.

Fluent English and Cantonese are required, with a background in customer service preferred. Higher Diploma holders encouraged to apply, with opportunities for career progression within the group.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese (Cantonese required).
• Experience in veterinary industry is an advantage.

Creature Comforts has been serving Hong Kong pet families for over 23 years, beginning in 2002 as the city's first house-call veterinary service and expanding with the Veterinary TKO Center in 2021. Customer Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Handling the daily reception operations of the Hospital
• Ensuring services operate in a timely, accurate, efficient manner, with a high standard of quality customer service
• Ensuring the reception experience is a happy and pleasant one for owners and their pets
• Providing basic medical information to clients, answering queries and solving problems.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese (Cantonese is required)
• Experience in veterinary industry is a definite advantage
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Services Representative

Work Schedule:

• Full time: 5 days work week, 9.5-10 hours per day with 1-hour lunch break, with statutory holiday entitlement
