Job summary

WallStone Partners & Company Limited in Hong Kong seeks a Customer Services Executive to handle customer enquiries with high quality service. You will promote loan products, refer to suitable specialists, support loan administration and prepare loan agreements and collateral documents.

Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements and input data into mainframe systems. The role requires at least one year of CS experience, HKCEE/HKDSE, strong attention to detail and good English

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• HKCEE / HKDSE qualifications.
• Detail-oriented with good communication.
• Willing to work under pressure and meet expectations.
• Good command of English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.
