Qualifications

• Secondary education with 1+ year customer service experience (banking preferred).
• Digital services and/or SME corporate client service experience preferred.
• Insurance and/or investment licenses or required regulatory qualifications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, requests, and after-sales support.
• Resolve complaints and meet service standards.
• Process customer transactions and applications accurately.
• Capture leads and refer customers to branches/SME and credit card sales units.
• Work with branches and support units; assist in training new staff.
• Do daily clerical tasks, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Follow all internal guidelines and legal/regulatory requirements.
