Job summary

Global Recruitment Agency based in Singapore to serve the semiconductor and electronics industries (Ang Mo Kio) is seeking a proactive Customer Service Specialist. You will handle inquiries, orders, quotations, service requests and escalations with professionalism and timeliness.

In this role you will proactively communicate shipment status, coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time fulfilment, build strong relationships, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure adherence to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in a customer service role.
• Experience in machinery, equipment or technical service industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
