You will advise on investments, insurance, and deposits, identify cross-sell opportunities, and work with product specialists to ensure compliant, high-quality service. Must have HKSI licensing and a finance-related degree, plus 3–5 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ experience in retail banking, wealth management, or client relationships.
• Valid HKSI Papers 1/7/8 and IQE Papers 1/2/3/5 licensing required.
• Solid knowledge of wealth products, markets, and regulatory guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin a plus.

Job Summary: We are seeking a high-performing and client-centric Relationship Manager to join our growing Wealth Management division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of high-net-worth individual (HNWI) clients, offering tailored financial and wealth management solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, retain, and expand an assigned portfolio of priority/wealth management clients.
• Provide professional financial advice and holistic wealth solutions, including investment products, insurance, and deposit solutions.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and actively acquire new affluent clients to grow Asset Under Management (AUM).
• Ensure all sales activities and client interactions comply with internal risk standards, regulatory guidelines (HKMA/SFC), and AML policies.
• Work closely with product specialists, investment counselors, and support teams to deliver seamless customer service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail banking, wealth management, or client relationship management.
• Valid HKSI Licensing Paper 1, 7, 8 and IQE Paper 1, 2, 3, 5 licenses are required.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products, financial markets, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
