Job summary

Wing Hing Financial Services Co in Hong Kong is seeking a client-focused professional to manage Prestige client relationships, and to acquire, develop, and retain a high-net-worth portfolio.

You will understand client needs, deliver professional financial advice, and craft tailored strategies for asset growth and wealth preservation while achieving KPI targets and driving profit through expanded relationships with existing and new Prestige clients. Fluent Cantonese and English are required.

Principal Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with Prestige clients, and be responsible for the acquisition, development, and retention of the Prestige client portfolio.


• Gain a deep understanding of client needs and deliver professional services that exceed expectations.


• Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients' personal circumstances and professional backgrounds to accurately identify their short- and long-term financial goals.


• Provide professional financial advice and develop highly personalized strategies for asset appreciation and wealth preservation.


• Achieve agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets and drive profit growth by expanding relationships with both existing and new Prestige clients.


• Enhance client loyalty by proactively addressing their needs, either directly or through effective collaboration with internal business partners.

Requirements:

• University level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline


• Proven experience in client facing environment, with excellent relationship building capability


• Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills


• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers


• Good understanding and strong interest of the financial markets
