Job summary

Alpha HR is partnering with banks to expand their Prestige relationship managers' team. The role focuses on managing relationships with a portfolio of Prestige clients, delivering personalized wealth strategies and ensuring high client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates hold a finance-related degree, possess IIQE/HKSI qualifications, with at least 2 years of banking sales or call-center experience. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required, Putonghua is a plus.

• Passes in IIQE (P1-3) and HKSI (P1,7,8) required.
• Minimum 2 years of direct sales / tele-sales in Banking / Call Center.
• Experience in client-facing environment with strong relationship-building.

• Customer-centric mindset with commitment to quality service.
• Good understanding of financial markets; independent under pressure.
• Fluent Cantonese and English; Putonghua helpful; RM experience a plus.

Job duties:

• Manage relationships with our Prestige clients
• Acquire, develop, and retain relationships with a portfolio of Prestige clients
• Help clients to articulate their needs, and deliver to exceed client expectations
• Know clients on a personal and professional level to understand their short and long term financial goals
• Provide financial advice that leads to highly individualized strategies aimed at wealth creation and capital preservation
• Achieve agreed key performance indicator objectives and profit growth through the development of existing and new Prestige client relationships
• Increase client loyalty by meeting their needs either directly or through effective and proactive collaboration with other internal business partners
• Develop Prestige team culture and build a strong sense of team spirit to increase the team loyalty to the Bank

Who are we looking for

Qualifications:

• University level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related discipline
• Passes in IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3) and HKSI (Paper 1,7,8) a must
• Minimum 2 years of direct sales / tele-sales experience in Banking / Call Center
• Experience in client-facing environment, with excellent relationship-building capability
• Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of customer-centric mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
