Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/Commerce/Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years of wealth management experience.
• SFC Type 1 & 4 licenses and IA representative license required.
• Proactive, ambitious, and dedicated to delivering exceptional client service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients to grow assets under management and hit targets.
• Provide tailored investment and wealth management solutions across a wide range of products based on client needs and risk appetite.
• Collaborate with Product team to deliver comprehensive financial advisory services including asset allocation and risk management.
• Perform ongoing KYC and CDD to ensure regulatory and internal control compliance.
• Work with assistant relationship managers to improve service and operational efficiency.
• Adhere to regulatory and internal control requirements in all activities.

Job description

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) customers to drive AUM growth and achieve business targets.

• Provide tailored investment and wealth management solutions to HNW customers, with wide range of wealth management products based on the customers' circumstances and risk appetite.

• Collaborate with Product team to deliver comprehensive financial advisory services, including asset allocation, investment planning, and risk management.

• Conduct ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) and customer due diligence (CDD) to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.

• Work closely with assistant relationship managers to enhance client service and operational efficiency.

• Perform tasks in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Commerce/ Business or a related discipline.

• 5 years or above of working experience, preferably from Wealth Management

• Licensed under SFC Type 1 & 4 regulated activities and IA technical representative license is required.

• Proactive, highly ambitious, and dedication to providing exceptional client service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
