WallStone Partners & Company Limited seeks a Bank Teller / Customer Service Officer to support its Retail Banking network in Hong Kong. You will handle retail transactions and deliver high-quality service across branches.

The role emphasizes accuracy, customer focus, and the ability to promote banking products when appropriate. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong English and Cantonese communication is required, Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• 5 subjects passed in HKCEE / HKDSE with Chinese / English and Mathematics subjects or above is advantage
• University degree with Finance, Economics or Accounting is advantage
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• Detail-oriented and good communication skills
• Willing to work under pressure and meet expectations
• Good command in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

• Accurately process over-the-counter transactions, including cash, cheques, foreign exchange, and referral handling
• Address customer inquiries promptly while delivering high-quality service
• Identify customer needs and proactively promote banking products, referring them to appropriate specialists when necessary
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
