Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or technical problem-solving experience.
• Strong fundamentals in software design and systems thinking.
• Experience working across systems, integrations and data flows.
• Confident in working directly with customers and solving ambiguous problems.
• Clear communication and a strong ownership mindset.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for building AI-powered systems that work in practice.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand operational pain points and success criteria.
• Translate complex, open-ended problems into clear technical designs and implementations.
• Build and deploy AI agents that integrate with customer systems and carry out real tasks.
• Own deployments end-to-end, including reliability, performance and continuous improvement.
• Test with real data, measure outcomes and iterate based on results.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to ship high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to tools, documentation and best practices that scale customer delivery.
