Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim (HK) Ltd. invites a Manager, Customer Facing Solutions & Insights (CXE) to own and drive the quality and impact of our CXE solutions in Hong Kong.

You will partner with Sales and CFTs to translate field signals into actionable insights and ensure global CXE capabilities are effectively localized. The role emphasizes data‑driven decision making, governance of CTEP/CRM capabilities, and hands‑on analytics using Veeva CRM and Power BI to improve customer engagement and sales

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in Commercial Excellence or Sales Operations in healthcare.
• Hands-on experience mapping and interpreting sales data; Veeva CRM and Power BI preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management with fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• CTEP & CRM Capability Governance: implement global standards locally.
• SFE & Strategy: plan segmentation, MCCP, and field force sizing.
• Analytics: deliver KPI dashboards and actionable insights.
• CFT Learning & Coaching: enable local execution of global programs.
• Change management: build capabilities and partner with HR/global teams.
