Job summary

Level Ground seeks a Customer Experience & Sales Coordinator in a full-time,in-office role in Central Saanich, BC. You will handle orders, onboarding, and ongoing customer support to maintain a positive experience across teams.

You’ll work with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to address issues, analyze data, and improve processes, while ensuring accurate CRM records and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, customer experience, account coordination, sales support, or a related customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, inquiries, and account requests while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Lead customer onboarding, including account setup, wholesale website training, and ensuring customers are equipped to successfully place and manage orders.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer support via phone and email.
• Provide administrative and customer support coverage for the sales team as needed, ensuring continuity of service.
• Identify process improvements and implement systems that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and team effectiveness.
• Analyze customer data to identify customers’ needs and improve customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records, account information, and interactions within the CRM and order management systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams to resolve customer issues.
• Assist the sales team with account administration, reporting, and customer follow-up activities
