The ideal candidate will provide premium customer service, support operations, and require strong bilingual skills in English and Chinese. Experience in customer service or related fields is essential. This role offers a competitive salary range of HKD 60,000 to HKD 68,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Must have prior work experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or property management.
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints.

Responsibilities
