Job summary

Lalamove in Hong Kong is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional who will be the first point of contact for customers and drivers. You will respond to calls and chats, guide users, and help resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.

The role requires 1 year of related experience or fresh graduates, fluent English and Cantonese, and comfort with mobile and web technologies. Shift work and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• F.5 or HKDSE graduation or above.
• 1 year relevant work experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English and Cantonese, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer and driver calls, handle chats, fulfill requests.
• Update customers on order status and manage expectations.
• Monitor fulfillment and help customers find a vehicle if waiting.
• Manage corporate users and their requests.
• Resolve conflicts related to drivers and customer issues.
• Shift duty required; hotline hours: Mon-Sat 08:00–22:00, Sun/PH 09:00–22:00.
