Job summary

Theplug in Hong Kong is seeking a VIP Travel Manager to design personalised luxury itineraries for high-net-worth members across Asia and beyond.

You will arrange flights, hotels, transfers, and exclusive experiences, build long-term relationships, and collaborate with premium partners, with hybrid work and time-zone flexibility.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (written and spoken).
• Experience in travel agency, tour operator, airline, online travel company, or luxury concierge service.
• Recent Amadeus GDS experience preferred.
• Strong background in customer-facing service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident working with VIP and High-Net-Worth clients.
• Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful mindset for creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design personalised leisure travel experiences tailored to each member's preferences.
• Arrange first-class, business-class, scheduled, low-cost, and charter flight bookings.
• Create complex multi-destination itineraries across Asia, Europe, and worldwide destinations.
• Secure luxury hotels, exclusive upgrades, private transfers, and unique experiences.
• Build long-term relationships by understanding each member's travel style and preferences.
• Use commercial expertise to recommend the best travel solutions while delivering value.
• Collaborate with global suppliers to unlock exclusive opportunities.
• Manage multiple travel requests with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail, including evenings/weekends.
