Job summary

Theplug is seeking a Lifestyle Manager in Hong Kong to deliver exceptional, tailored luxury experiences for premium members. You will handle requests in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, arranging reservations, exclusive events, luxury travel, and gifts, while researching unique solutions tailored to each member’s preferences.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese required.
• Minimum 2 years in luxury hospitality, concierge, travel, premium retail or similar client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated passion for travel, food, culture, entertainment, and luxury experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Superior organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.

What you'll be doing

As a Lifestyle Manager, you'll become the trusted expert members rely on to make life easier—and more exciting.

You'll:

• Handle personalised lifestyle requests via phone and email in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, exclusive events, luxury travel, transport, gifts, and unique experiences.
• Research creative solutions tailored to each member's preferences.
• Build lasting relationships through exceptional service.
• Recommend exclusive offers and curated experiences.
• Stay ahead of luxury lifestyle trends across Hong Kong and the wider APAC region.
• Manage multiple requests while maintaining outstanding attention to detail.
• Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to deliver seamless experiences.

Who we're looking for

You’ll stand out if you have:

• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese (written and spoken).
• Advanced Mandarin proficiency (HSK 5 or above is advantageous).
• At least 2 years' experience in luxury hospitality, concierge, travel, premium retail, customer service, or a similar client-facing environment.
• A genuine passion for travel, food, culture, entertainment, and luxury experiences.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• A naturally curious mindset—you enjoy finding creative solutions others might miss.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Working hours

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Shift-based schedule
• Availability between 07:00 and 23:00, Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
