Job summary

Mep Talent seeks a Culinary Director to steer the culinary direction and innovation for a major F&B and lifestyle group with 500+ locations across 20+ countries. Based in Hong Kong, the role requires extensive travel across APAC and a track record in fine dining.

You will lead a network of chefs, shape global menus, and represent the brand in media, events, and activations. This is a demanding, mobile leadership role for a culinary veteran who thrives on travel and dynamic collaboration.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of progressive culinary experience in reputable, fine dining restaurants in major cities.
• Depth and breadth of culinary knowledge spanning global cuisines.
• A robust network of chefs and restaurateurs for collaborations and activations.

We're seeking a seasoned chef with:

• Over 15 years of progressive culinary experience in reputable, fine dining restaurants in major cities;

• Depth and breadth of culinary knowledge spanning global cuisines;

• A robust network of chefs and restaurateurs to tap into for unique collaborations and activations;

• Media-friendly charisma and persona to represent a vibrant, celebrated brand;

• A love for being on the road and constantly on the move; this role is based in Hong Kong with extensive travel across APAC.
